Training Log - March 22

This morning I ran 5.7 miles up the Scenic Highway and it felt good. If I wasn't so concerned about overtraining injuries I would have gone farther. I keep reminding myself that the goal is a marathon...in October.

The Hardest Part

The hardest part of a marathon is not “the wall”.

It is getting out of bed in the morning.

Every morning.

It’s tying your shoes and getting your run in

whether you feel like it or not.

Force yourself out of bed in the morning,

and running through a wall is nothing.
