Training Log - June 16

Just a quick 3 mile run this morning. The good news is that I also managed to get some weight training in, something that I really need to start adding to my training.

The Hardest Part

The hardest part of a marathon is not “the wall”.

It is getting out of bed in the morning.

Every morning.

It’s tying your shoes and getting your run in

whether you feel like it or not.

Force yourself out of bed in the morning,

and running through a wall is nothing.
