Training Log - May 27

I ran a 10k up the Scenic today. The weather was perfect. About 50 degrees with a slight breeze out of the north. It was one of those days that I could have run forever. And I probably should have, considering how much I ate celebrating Memorial Day.

The Hardest Part

The hardest part of a marathon is not “the wall”.

It is getting out of bed in the morning.

Every morning.

It’s tying your shoes and getting your run in

whether you feel like it or not.

Force yourself out of bed in the morning,

and running through a wall is nothing.
