Training Log - April 22

Ran about 4.8 miles on the paths around my mom's place in Inver Grove Heights. I ran on the bike paths, but was amazed at what a country runner I've become. I just couldn't get over all the traffic noise!

The Hardest Part

The hardest part of a marathon is not “the wall”.

It is getting out of bed in the morning.

Every morning.

It’s tying your shoes and getting your run in

whether you feel like it or not.

Force yourself out of bed in the morning,

and running through a wall is nothing.
