Training Log - April 7

I wished that the weatherman was wrong about the snowstorm and he was. His forecast only vaguely resembled what acutally happend.

WE GOT 30 INCHES OF SNOW!!!

I'm still not plowed out.

Needless to say, I did my 5k on the treadmill.

The Hardest Part

The hardest part of a marathon is not “the wall”.

It is getting out of bed in the morning.

Every morning.

It’s tying your shoes and getting your run in

whether you feel like it or not.

Force yourself out of bed in the morning,

and running through a wall is nothing.
