Training Log - February 21

It was -20 again this morning. By the time I went running it was 0, but there was a pretty brisk wind blowing. I decided to do my run on the treadmill. 3.3 miles. Hopefully the weather will warm up by the weekend.

The Hardest Part

The hardest part of a marathon is not “the wall”.

It is getting out of bed in the morning.

Every morning.

It’s tying your shoes and getting your run in

whether you feel like it or not.

Force yourself out of bed in the morning,

and running through a wall is nothing.
